TDS at a 30% rate applies to net winnings (total winnings minus total deposits) upon withdrawal on PokerBaazi. All players, regardless of their location in India, are subject to TDS. Providing PAN (Permanent Account Number) is mandatory for withdrawals. For example, if you deposit ₹10,000 and win ₹20,000, resulting in net winnings of ₹10,000, TDS of ₹3,000 (30% of ₹10,000) will be deducted. Therefore, you will receive ₹7,000 in your bank account.
